Capt. Hunter

Hi my name is Hunter Denette I am 26 years old. I've spent pretty much my entire life on the water. I grew up on the west coast working on sport boats since I was nine years old fishing for everything from white seabass to bluefin tuna. Working my way up to Captain and obtaining my USCG 100 Ton Master License when I was 18. Since acquiring my License I was a full time operator on the "Poseidon" 75ftx24ft and ''Constitution" 85x25ft out of H&M Landing in San Diego. I am proud to call Austin Texas my home and I run trips year round. The knowledge I have acquired from being well versed in different fisheries all over the world gives me a keen advantage of trying new and different techniques that can make or break a fishing trip. I offer the only true multi species guide service in the area. I am a fully Licensed and Insured guide. Ready to show you some of the best fishing that Texas has to offer !

Mega Live forward facing sonar allows you to view fish, structure, and your bait or lure in REAL TIME. Crazy right ? The ability to see fish underneath the boat and watch them react to your live bait or lure is game changing. We put a lot more fish on the boat because of this new sonar.

Having twin Xtreme Bait Tanks  allows us to have a massive bait capacity while keeping delicate shad happy and frisky. These tanks were custom designed, runs 2 pumps, and is triple sock filtered for superior bait keeping ability. With a 50 gallon tank on the bow and a 35 gallon tank on the stern we not only hold tons of bait we have more than one location to bait hooks, reduce tangles and have more space throughout the boat.

One of the most important parts of fishing is having high quality gear. And I supply nothing but the finest setups from Okuma. Hakai baitcasters and  helios spinning reels along with Komodo baitcasters, will have everything covered from light dropshot rigs up to heavy swimbaits.
