The Lake Buchanan Half Day 4 hour trip can start in the morning or the afternoon. These trips are perfect for those who want to take advantage of the morning or afternoon bite window.
Price is for 1-3 people. $150 each additional person up to 8 people.
An open trip is a 4-hour fishing experience that allows individual anglers to book a spot on the boat without the hassle of organizing a group or private charter. It’s a budget-friendly option that offers the same great fishing experience at a lower cost.

Where Do We Meet?
Trip Details
Lake Buchanan Trips Depart from Burnet County Park Boat Ramp. There are restrooms in the park. Once everyone is ready we will meet at the loading dock at the waters edge where you will safely board the boat. I encourage my clients to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can board the boat on time and allow time for me to talk about fishing methods and safety on the boat.
All trips include the use of new rods and reels, terminal tackle, bottled water, and fish cleaning.​
All you need to bring is a Valid Texas Fishing License and some snacks if you like! I try to make these trips as all inclusive as possible so you can enjoy a great day on the water.
Can I Keep My Fish?
*All Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Guadalupe Bass over 3lbs are to be released*
Legal Striped Bass, White Bass, Crappie, Catfish, and Hybrids can be kept, filleted and packed free of charge. I take pride in your fish care and pack lots of ice on your fish for superior quality. I advocate for selective harvesting which means while you are in your right to keep your "Limit'' I encourage to keep only what you need to ensure fish for the future. If you intend on keeping fish please inform your guide so he can plan accordingly and bring a cooler to take home your fillets.

Guide Trip Rules
- All clients over the age of 17 years old must possess a Valid Texas fishing license prior to trip departure.

- All clients must show up on time. In event of being late you must call the guide to inform them asap. Extra time will not be added due to the late arrival of the client. You will still be charged the full trip price.

- Guests may bring their own alcohol, but excessive drinking and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
​
- All clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment done to ATX Bass Guide property if determined to be excessive or intentional by the captain.
Deposit & Refund Policy
A $250 deposit is due at time of booking to secure your trip date.

The remaining balance can be paid the day of trip in either cash preferably or Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card. Note credit cards incur a 4% processing fee.

*Refunds* Cancellations made 14 days prior to trip will be fully refunded. Cancellations made inside of 14 day window will result in Loss of deposit.

*Weather Cancellations*
We fish in a wide variety of weather conditions, rain or shine, year-round. Some of our best days come in less than ideal weather. It is very important to dress in layers. There is plenty of dry storage on the boat for extra clothing and gear. In the event of unsafe weather conditions determined by your guide the trip will be rescheduled to another date.
