Port O'Connor Fishing Trips
Fishing in Port O'Connor is something you have to experience. We offer both Boat and Wade Fishing trips. Fishing from the boat we run to the jetties targeting Big Bull Redfish along with fishing super shallow in the marsh and sight casting to tailing Redfish. Wade fishing is a more active, adventurous and pure form of fishing and is as exciting as it is effective.We target species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout,Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Tarpon,Jack Crevelle, and more! Using both livebait and artificial lures. All Trips are ran out of the Redfish Lodge conveniently located just a few minutes from the boat ramps and other facilities. The Redfish Lodge offers 5 star meals and an excellent place to stay with all the amenities. We run trips in the summer and fall during peak fishing season but can accommodate groups other times of the year as well. Port O'Connor Trip Rates
Half Day Bay Fishing (5 Hours)
$700 for 1-3 People and $100 each additional person up to 6 people
We target slot Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and Sheepshead in shallow water. We use Live Shrimp, Cut Bait, and Artificial Lures depending on conditions.
Half Day Tarpon Fishing (5 Hours)
$700 for 1-3 people and $100 each additional person up to 4 people
We target these 30-150+ pound prized fish in August and September at the Jetties and in the Surf. Typically we fish with Live Mullet, Pinfish, or croaker along with sight casting with swimbaits. If you want a shot at catching a Texas Tarpon this is the trip you want to be on.
Half Day Jetty Fishing (5 Hours)
$700 for 1-3 people and $100 each additional person up to 6 people
Every fall Huge Bull Redfish make their annual run to the Port O'Connor Jetties in big numbers. We target Bull Reds, Jack Crevalle, and Big Black Drum. Typically we fish with Fresh Cut Bait or Live Bait depending on conditions for these hard fighting fish.

Wade Fishing is an exciting and effective way to catch fish in the bay. Targeting Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Black Drum, and sheepshead. We use both Live Bait and Artificial Lures.
