I am writing this a little late in the year but I finally got some time off to write a report. It was a very busy spring and summer and we were running 1-2 trips a day. I could honestly say the fishing was as good as it gets. We spent the month of march on Lake LBJ and hammered the white bass on every trip before we came back to Lake Buchanan and we had more excellent fishing with limits of hybrids and stripers practically every trip. The months of march through June typically give up the best weather and overall great fishing on all species. As we are in the dog days of summer in the middle of august the fishing has had its moments of great fishing along with some slow fishing mixed in. As we get some changing conditions the fishing will pick up again and when it cools off in the fall it will get really good!
